How do u fix dashboard cluster?

I own a 2007 Ford Mustang. I wanted to change the color of my odometer, so I unscrewed and unplugged my odometer to put the new bulbs in. Now that I have put it all back together I cant get my gauges to work properly. I have unplugged my battery but it didn't work! Help!!How do u fix dashboard cluster?Try putting the old bulbs back in and see if the gauges work again. Or maybe knocked a ground lose when you were working on it.
