Proxima Projector Color Problem?

The Proxima projector worked fine until today. The color is all of a sudden not aligned. The yellow is way off to the left, and the red is off to the right. Does this mean that the bulb is going, or is there a setting that needs to be changed. Under the menu there is a color option but its grayed out. I don't have a model number as the person who bought it isn't here and it doesn't have anything on the outside.
