I have a 52' DLP TV that intermittently flickers as if i was watching an old film strip. The picture doesn't completely go out it becomes slightly darker. In the past year I have changed both the color wheel and bulb according to the manual. The flickering started as soon as I changed the bulb. Is it possible that I have a lemon bulb/color wheel? Or is it a sign that something else is wrong (ie. power supply)?
Any answer would be appreciated. ThanksSamsung 52%26quot; DLP Picture Flickering Problem?Try removing the bulb and replacing it. Maybe something isn't seated right and you can get a better fit. Also, was it the exact same brand and watt of bulb you took out. Some say the Osram bulbs aren't as good as the Philips.
If nothing helps, then maybe the ballast as you already changed the CW and bulb.
