Where can i get cellophane from?

I want it to change the colour of a bulb in my car and can't afford the LED's so i just want to temporarily change the colour with cellophane or any clear coloured material.Where can i get cellophane from?If you have installed clear lenses then you could paint your bulb with the yellow paint that is available for yellow headlights often used in france but try Halfords they may have a blue paint if you are looking for a blue tinge to your lights, if you are looking for red then use nail varnish it works as I have used it before when I lost a rear lens.Hal fords also stock yellow indicator bulbs which you might be able to use, much better than cellophane. PS they may make a blue nail varnish that you could try good luck!
