Can the color of the gauge cluster on a 2000 nissan altima be changed?

is it possible to change the bulbs inside the speedometer as well as the other interior lighting (intrument panel, shifter illumination) to make them illuminate another colour%26gt;|||I believe there are inserts that you can buy or make to change the colors, the ones I%26#039;ve seen are red, I%26#039;m not sure they have other colors available maybe blue???, also you can get reverse gages off an SE model that are black and white in the day and white and black at night.
