Is it possible to change the color of the gauges on a 2010 silverado?

I want to change the color from green to perhaps red, but I don%26#039;t want to have to buy and install a gauge cluster kit or something. Could I just buy a bulb or something like that?|||Unfortunately, that green is actually a film on the back of the dash, so while a bulb WILL change the color, it will be ridiculously dark, and red and green light wavelengths destroy each other.|||no
