Two years ago we installed an in-ground swimming pool with an multi colored pool light. (4 individual colors or it can slowly rotate between each color). Anyways, six weeks ago it stopped changing colors and will only provide clear lighting. In addition the bottom half of the light circle has turned a dark brown color that is visible during the day.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is (water leakage, bulb outage, etc....) Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated.|||The brown may be algae growing. I know mine gets cloudy and I have to take it apart and clean it. If it has stopped rotating, it may be a problem with the mechanism that makes that happen. Be it a motor or whatever. I%26#039;d check with the manufacturer to see if they have any suggestions.
