Can I change the color of my dash lights?

I have a 1993 Legend and the lights on there are the Original lights, and some are starting to go out. I want to change them, Do they come in different colors? And how much do the bulbs cost and how much are they to have put in?|||Cheap way, Get replacement bulbs ,and paint it with what ever color you want .
