How can i make my dials blue on peugeot 306?

iv changed the bulbs in the back of the dials and all my neddles are a stronge neon blue colour but the background ( numbers on speedo and rev counter ) are a kind of greeny colour and are very dull i have put blue bulbs in the back of the dials all around the clocks but nothing goodHow can i make my dials blue on peugeot 306?You've already done it' except for finding a company that sells repro dials in colors
