Where can i find Paint for Light Bulbs?

i need transparent blue paint that can be heated on in the oven, not water based. I'm not sure if it's dish paint or not. I want to change the color of the existing interior lights in my car. If you could tell me a brand name and where i could purchase it that would be gr8. I've painted lite covers before with regular paint to get the desired ambiance. Simpler than buying and baking on paint.
