Spot lamps?

I am looking for lamps, that are inexpensive that I can either change the bulbs in them to blues, pinks, green, yellow or that I can put plastic over the top to change the color. I want to shine them on the walls at my wedding reception.Spot lamps?You can buy flood lights for outdoors for accent lighting and put any color bulb in them.
