How to change guage lights on a car?

I have a 1998 isuzu rodeo, and i want to change the guage light color from the stock color (white) to blue or something. I want to know how to do it.. What type of lite bulb I need an so on.

Take the dash apart because that is where the gauges are at, you will also need some led lights. What size I have no idea of that, if you pop onto some of the Isuzu owner sites that might give you some insight to that answer.
